Ripoff mislead and lied to so many times & florida

Well I am not evensure how or where to start with this company I feel as if i have been mislead and lied to so many times, every 5 or 6 months they will claim i owe them close to 12,000 dollars which seems to be their favorite # then they will refuse payments from me, when i can finally get things corrected i then owe late fees but normally the correct figure is what i thought it was to begin with.
Best advice i can give is to keep all paperwork and receipts from them in a file easily accesible and hope you can deal with the stress
