Does any one know how to sue Ocwen Fianancial Services?

My house was sold on auction by Ocwen two years ago, even it was protected by bankruptcy in that time, Ocwen refused to give me a rational modification, each customer services rep, had different version on my situation each time I did call them, none agreed with the version they gave me in that time, they also lied to me, many times, and many times they telephone system was unreacheable, because I called them many times and differents days of the week or time and no one picked the call.
Now with the INDEPENDENT FORECLOSURE REVIEW there are not hope because they wont take ocwens customer in consideration for that option due to the fact that ocwen is not part of the Fereral Regulation bureau.
Too many aberraciones by ocwen, has any one knows how to complaint or how started a Law sue to this financial? Thank you in advance.
