Americain express screws the small business owne

I just made a payment of 3000.00 to my account. I made this payment in for the purpose of freeing up spending power on my card. Just to find out immediately after my payment, my spending limit was reduced by 3000.00. I needed that money to run my business. If I had known my limit would be changed I would have made a smaller payment. Now I need at least part of the payment back. I. Companies that do things like this really hurt the small business owners and everyone should know about it.
I just started this business and things are very tough financially. If I don't get at least some of that money back I will not be able to make enough money this month to cover my bills.
