ICS Known As Intergated Credit Services Or Intergrated Financial Services, Steve of ICS ripped me off for $75.00 and I want it back

I received a letter telling me that I was approved for a loan, this letter came at a time when I was in a bad finacial way. It was the answer to my prayers. I had a family emergency and needed to get a loan, so I had been searching on the internet for someone to give me a break, so I could get my finaces fixed.

I called the telephone number and spoke with Steve, he was so convincing, I just knew everything was going to be alright. I faxed the paper work and then after receiving the 3 page letter, I mailed it with the $75 money order.

Well I did not hear anything for about aweek, and I called on May 13th and there was a recording telling you that He (steve) would be out of town due to some kind of emergency for the next week and if you received a 3 page letter do not send the money as he will not be able to do anything with it.

Oh my God, here I have sent this money and now there is this recording. I did not know what to do, so I have called a couple of times a week ever since and the telephone is still working just not taking messages. I called again today July 11 and it has the same message as it did in May.

Someone has to be paying the telephone bill or it would have been shut off by now.

Has anyone gotten there money back from Steve?
