I had the same experience with this company. When I questioned who the gentleman worked for he said 'I don't ask who you work for". If he had information from the company he would have know where I work. Also, I had filed bankrupcy at the end of the year in which he said I took the loan.

This company is definitly a SCAM. When I told him I could pay a small amount each pay, he refused the offer. I informed him that the call was also being recorded on my end and that I didn't think he could legally refuse an offer of payment. He hung up on me!!
