Four overdraft charges and I was never overdrawn

I check my account everyday and one evening I noticed I had an overdraft in pending (not yet applied to your account) so the next morning I went to the bank and deposited in $200 cash into the ATM. I checked that evening I had four overdraft charges applied to my account, only $100 went through and still no overdraft posted in my account. I called and they said their computer says it is overdrawn because pending item will post as of yesterday. Online never showed that. Still doesn't today. I said if my account showed me that I would have gone the day prior for the deposit. Looking today it still shows no over draft that day or the day after.instead it shows four overdraft charges of which overdrafted me.
