Fee, interest rate rip off

BOA has ripped me off!!! They have charged me major $ in fees and I am not sure why or how..

They have raised interest rates on credit cards for being 1 payment late due loss of employment. I have 3 credit cards with them and signed up for credit protector on all three at the same time, however only 1 acct shows registered. Wow!!! Only want to pay for your loss 1 time only...

Equity line of credit stinks, they are never available to help. I was given a 4 month skip payment option when I lost my job and was told to call back if I could not make my payment after that. I did just that and was told I was given another 3 months extension now to pya again in August Payments have not been made for 3 months only to find out now that I have never been given the extension and now my payments are showing late and not sure what will happen. I have called over and over again and left message and noone has called me back or helped me. Will I loss my house now, for lack of not paying for the last3 months. I am still unemployed and can not afford my second mortgage payment.

The second mortgage equity line given to me wihtout a full appraisal on my house. I found this out when I finally asked for a copy of the appraisal. My house many people say never had the value that BOA approved my loan for. I am now in an upside down mortgage that shud of not happened. BOA never explained anything to me...

BOA services all the way around stink. They are not good at all..
