These thieves take more money out of your account than they claim, then take forever to refund it

I wish I had seen the previous report before signing on to this ripoff outfit. They advertise by fax and claim to be a health insurance provider, and make the same claim over the phone. It's not until we receive the paperwork that we find out they provide a REIMBURSEMENT account, and not insurance.

We faxed a cancellation request to them in advance of them actually taking the money out of our account, but they took the money out anyway. They were also only supposed to take $495, but they took $744 instead, and they are refusing to pay the money back. First they said the refund check would be coming in 7-10 days. Now, the 7-10 days have passed, with nothing. Now they are saying it will take 30 days.

It seems like they have a policy of taking too much money out of people's accounts, because they did it to the other person reporting them as well.

Even if I wanted to keep their service, there is a 20-30 minute wait time every time I call them. Is this how they treat their satisfied customers? Why hasn't the California Attorney General's office shut these criminals down?
