Took our home of twenty years while we trying to get our mortage changed to a 30yr instead of the 15yr we had

They took our home from us after we had been trying for months to get it refinaced. We had been in contact with them a had told them that my son had to have 3 different surgries over the past few months.

They told me not to worry they said they had program that they could put us in until we got back on our feet but i got cut off.

I was never able to reach that person again customer service said they didnt know of any such program. So i went back to trying to get the refinace done but had no luck!

I wrote the company a letter and got no response i tried 3 different mortage brokers and they told me there was a different mortage they thought would work well for us.

But they never got back to me i kept trying but all i got was a run around then i got a hold of one broker and she said she would get somthing done for me. When she called me back she said i needed to go to another branch!

And when they called me they said the company wouldnt redo the loan because i was allready in forclosure. I have been trying ever since to get a loan but no bank will give me a loan because of it.

I dont understand why a company that big woudnt work with us i really think they need to pay for all the hardship they have put us through i spent countless hours on the phone with customer service if you can call it that.

I would like to take them to court but where do you find a good attorney that would take on a company that big something needs to be done about this monster before they hurt someone else!

If there is someone out there that can help please let me know. I have tried state government and federal and they all tell me they cant help its a crying shame!
