Us mortage funding / diversified home solutions was working on my loan since april its now september. I gave them a 1,500.00 deposit to process my Loan modifacation.Us mortage promise me my money back if my loan would not go through. Well it did not go through because i had to be behind in my mortage payments and suggest that i should play' the game' and get 3 payments behind. I refused and wanted my money back. They gave me the run around had me leave messages to various people in their company then changed their phone numbers. Please beware of this so called loan modifacation services its a 'ripoff' and should be reported for what they are doing to struggling home owners... I want my money back!!!
