Deceptive outlandish consumer ripoff company that doesnt give a damn

Late fees...

We decided in May of this year that we should consider selling. When the PAYOFF figures arrived, we could not believe our eyes. It was at least 50,000 dollars HIGHER than when we started.

We tried to correspond w/fairbanks and like everyone else, could NOT get to management. They had added $7,000.00 for insurance (we paid our own) $15,000.00 in "MISC FEES" etc. Etc. Etc. We had the assistance of a financial expert in Sept and in Oct decided we should put our home on the market. It had been 4 months of correspondence, should be over soon we thought.

Our home sold in 3 to 4wks time. Our advisor started to TRY and speed things up. Closing date Dec 30th. He consulted w/a realestate attorney, called FAIRBANKS regularly and so on. Today it is Dec 9th and still no definate answers. We have reported them to any agency we could think of.

If there is any CLASS ACTION taken against them, I will without hesitation WANT to be involved... Fairbanks should be out of business! And should be responsible for their actions!!!
