Took $149.95 from mychecking account without authorization. Promised only $75 back in 14 days

USA Credit withdrew $149.95 from my checking account on 7/1/08 without my knowledge. I did not authorize.
When I spoke to them I kept getting the runaround, being offered first one incentive to stay and then another. They promised monthly credit reporting to strengthen my credit report (I have no credit). When I kept saying I wanted a refund they finally passed me to an account specialist who first offered only $50 and then came back and said they would refund $75 but it would take ten business days from next Tuesday (7/8). She said they had to wait to see if the funds were sent to them from my bank. I told her that my bank had already deducted the $149.95. She said they only did refurnds on Tuesdays.
It will be intesting to see if I get any money back. I will keep you posted.
