Ripoff This company electronically withdrew 217.00 from my checking account for a unsecured credit card without my knowledge

This company withdrew 217.00 dollars from my checking account for a unsecured credit card without my knowledge. After having my bank trace the source of the withdrawal, I contacted them to ask about it. They said it was for a credit card I requested. I said I don't have this credit card, and would never pay a company to give me a credit card. They said send back the packet I recieved in the mail and they would refund my money in about 12 weeks. I am filing a fraud report through my bank tomorrow.
