I was working with Jon Blackwell in refinancing a commercial building. He disappeared adn went on vacation and James Gold started emailign saying that he was working on my file and they had to have the $2000 deposit for the Appraisal because they cannot leave money laying around and needed to invest it into something. I wired the $2000 becaus ehe sadi that they would order the Appraisal the next day, it has been 2 weeks and now you cannot get anyone on the phone and they blocked out my email address so had to send them an email from another address and still no response.

I left them a message on 7/3/08 telling them that I was goign to file a complaint with the attorney General's office there in Atlanta if they do not respond to me by 3:00 pm today. This company is a Fraudsster. The frist tiem I called a lady answered the phone and called 2-3 other times and someone answered and now you only get an automated voicemail where you have to leave a name in order to get through which means Jon Blackwell or James Gold whatever their names are, screens the calls for new potential fraud victims. We cannot let these guys get away with this.

If anyone else has been Frauded by these people please email me or post your complaint here, we might be able to file a joint criminal suit against them.

PLEASE DO NOT send money to these people, tell them that the Appraisal fee can come out at closing at the Title company, which I am sure not many has made it that far if any.
