Con artist! He'll take your money without doing the appraisal. Ripoff! Beware!

This jerk came to my house, took my check for the appraisal and never wrote up the report. I have filed a complaint to the Dept of Real Estate and the BBB. I'm filing a complaint to the appraiser commitee. My loan agent contacted this jerk many times (I have too) and he gave her bs excuses on why he couldn't get the appraisal done. He emailed my agent (I have a copy of the email) stating that my money would be refunded. Once again, no answer. Then, he just disappeared. I pray that this guy goes to jail. I'm taking him to small claims court just for the principle.

DO NOT do business with this guy. I'm warning all my peers about him. I'm sure my agent will tell other brokers about this guy's shady practice. James Concepcion-you should watch out who you rip off. The people you ripped off may end up at your doorsteps expecting the refund for the work you never did. See u in court. I'm going to make sure you lose your license
