Just here to warn the world that JJ Property Group will rip you off. Don't let it happen to you like it did to me. I searched for reports for claims or anything that had been filed against this company and found nothing. I spoke to Joe Paradiso by phone, looked all over the internet for any sign of anyone else being ripped off by this guy and found no information at all. They claim they can get you into a home of your own with a small down payment and bed credit would be no problem.

I selected a modest home that I knew I could afford and met with the rep to go over the contract, sign the forms, and give them my down payment. I was told that it would take about 3-6 weeks. This company cashed my check within a week and I was contacted by Joe Paradiso to let me know the status, saying that he had faxed the papers and forms over to the real estate company, they were waiting on final issues, he had the investors lined up to buy my property in order to lease purchase it back to me, etc.

Then about 3 weeks into this, the local rep calls me and tells me that he is quitting that company and that there seems to be some problem closing on properties, and that I should be careful. I got in contact with Joe and he assured me all was well, and that they had found new investors and that it would just take a while longer. This whole process goes on for 8 weeks, and meanwhile my lease is up where I was renting, and we moved into a hotel for a solid month.

I contact the other local rep and he is worried, because he says there are now 4 couples that gave this company a down payment for a property and no one has closed. Meanwhile Joe and Jeff stop answering their phones, and 2 of the contacts listed on the website are no longer there, only Joe and Jeff. They don't answer the emails often, and when they do, its all about more reasons why they cant close on my property yet, and reason after reason why there will be more delays.

They are still posting ads for people to deal with them, and their website still remains up and running to this day even. Then I get a call from the local rep telling me that someone else has bought the property I had selected! I was out of a house to buy, and living in a motel. I had no place to go at all! My husband and child and I were basically homeless. I called and called and texted and emailed this company and all I get from this company is an I'm so sorry, the investors didn't move quickly enough.

I have over a hundred emails from this guy telling me progress he is making, why we are waiting, what the delay is and more, and it never amounted to anything at all. I have been contacted now by others these two joker have done this to, and together we are all filing complaints with every site we can think of, and with agencies such as the FBI, the attorney generals office and the local police. The FBI are very interested in this type of fraud, and have taken all of our complaints.

I wanted everyone to know that not only have we not gotten a property, nor did he ever have any investors or money to buy properties with, but also we filed the papers for a refund of our $3k we put down and were told that it takes 3-4 weeks to process. It has been over 6 weeks and not a single penny has been sent to us, nor do they even bother to answer any emails. I may be a fool for trusting them, but at least I can get the word out and warn anyone else looking for complaints against this company. Be warned, I wish I had been!
