Easy to get into an home and they will waste not second to take it away.in 2010 I fell behind on my payment by $100 unknowingly Swe forclosed on my home on the 16 of november. That was 11 days after my missed payment. I was given less than a month to come up with 2000 dollars that I did not have and my kids could not have a Christmas. They spreaded the remainder over 6 months.

I have lived in my home since 2006 and never had an issue until that day and I bought my home in horrible condition. I wanted a home badly and seen the potential. I did all repairs myself I feel that this is my home and now that I know that they don't care about me and my family I'm scared of losing it. They're very rude. Today I made a call to see if they recieved my payment, they did.

He also made a point that I have fees on my account that need to be paid, I let him know that I am aware and that I would pay what I can in addition to my monthly payment. I've been late before and no one ever approached me the way he did. Almost as if he was threating me that instead of applying my payment towards my home he would apply towards the fees and I would be back in forclosure if I dnt agree to a payment plan. I asked him was he twisting my arm and he replyed that the fees have to be paid. I agreed to the payment plan in fear that I would lose my home. I'm very upset about this.
