Ripoff tricked and lied to us

First Capital, called me saying that I would get a credit card so I would be charged 19.99 dollars from my checking account to process it, after few days, they withdrew $99.99 and $59.00. They also told my account number to another company called mega saver and they withdrew $59.00 also.
After 10 days i got a packet saying membership terms so I called the company to camplain and the told me they would refund my money but I had to send them the pakage back and in 15 days I will receive my money but I didnt, after that when I call, they say they will call me back. They stole my money
