Biggest bunch of theives I've ever dealt with

First Data is the worst merchant service company I've ever dealt with.in June I submitted $13,855.75 in charges and they kept $2,495.43 for themselves. On 5/15/08 I submitted a charge for $919.75 and they paid me only $538.00, they kept $381.00 for themselves... And the best one yet... On 6/2/08 I batched over $1,212.25 and got $64.57 back!!! They have adjustments, interchange charges, service charges & fees, so high that it is becoming impossible to run my business. I've had to use a credit line to make my payroll. They hold my payments sometimes for up to 2 weeks. They have me on a 5 business day hold, plus what called an RPP (revolving payment plan). I used to call the security dept. To get rid of the RPP, they finally took it off for a week... Then what do you know??!! Right back on again. Now, the security dept. Calls goes right to voice mail, and after many attempts... Surprise! Still no return calls. If I cancel the account, the credit dept. Has threatened to charge me a $500.00 cancellation fee.
How are they getting away with this??!! They are going to cause me to go out of business.
