Charged me with erroneous fees, and overlimit fees and late fees (will not remove overlimit)

This company allowed erroneous charges to appear to my account. After 10 letters, i was reimbersed some of the fees. Finally i had to change account number and was promised that no future charges would be allowed to charge my acct. Well they were. Each time this happened, my account would be charged overlimit charge. They will not refund these fees. Also, even though acct paid on time, and i have proof and have submitted bank statement to orchard, they continue to charge me late fees. It takes 10 days to process payments thru their system. One dept. Will show payment on time; another dept will show no record of the payment. They promise they will remove the late fee - but do not. Very shady company. Do not do business with this visa company. M. Fraze
