Charging overdraft when there is no overdraft!

Bank of america charged me 3 overdraft charges
when they could not prove that my account was in negative
they said it was a debit card transaction on june 12
but anything that showed cleared on the 13 th!
Still they would not refund the charges-rip off!!!
