Withheld my payroll check

Well i still work for journey an they were suppose to give out payroll checks on 6/17/08 but unfortantly they did'nt and keep making up lies as to why they cant pay us one of the lies are that the city of detroit has not paid them but when the city of detroit was contacted they denied such allogations know journey also have been passing rubber checks and myself an my co-worker have to repay the check bounceing fees when they are deposited into our bank accounts not to mention the fact that no stores will cash these checks you have to go to there bank also journey told everyone upon hiring that in 90 days they would recieve a raise an no one has but it is in there contract with the city of detroit to do so. Why is it that in the past year they all have had 3 or more new cars but cant afford to pay there employees. Also they all need to take a class in management at the rate they are going they wont have all these city accounts an private jets for long.
