Journey's payroll is witholding child support but is not sending the support Ripoff

I have taken my ex husband to show cause hearings 3 times in the past year. His payments are not consistant. The last one was Oct, 26.2006. He did'nt show. Friend of the court mailed another witholding order to Journey. When i spoke to my ex, he showed me several check stubs that showed the income was with held. Friend of the court says they have never recieved all the payments. Ive only gotten 3 payments of $149.00. An order was sent to the employer in July September and then another this month on Nov 20. The question is what is journey doing with the money??? Do they know that i can sue them third party for not sending the support but still witholding the money? Then if i do that will they termenate my ex for their mistakes. What should i do???
