Huge mistake only 4 months as a customer and already issues

This company is a bunch of liars, i seriously think they hire illegal aliens and train them in the art of deception. They have lied to me a number of times in the short 4 months as a customer, I signed up for the ACH payments to be automatically debited from our account, well a few days after our payment was due we get a call saying we never made the payment because the account numbers we gave them were wrong total Bullsh*t, they intentionally mixed up the numbers so when they processed it, it was returned wrong account info and then they charged up a $25 return check fee and we did not even pay with a check, they said no matter what if it processed insufficent funds they charge the fee. They have taken our debit card a number of times and now say they no longer except our type of debit card because it's the H&R block card, WTF last month u excepted it and now u say u don't, they just force u to have to pay with a money order, check or pay a fee to western union it, this is the only bill i have where i have to pay them to pay a bill, i am a customer with t-mobile, direct energy and time warner cable and when i pay there bills it's free, what a concept. Not with Drive they have to milk every last dollor outta ya even when you already pay a huge interest rate. I hate this company with a passion and just to think we have 4 and a half more years of this bullsh*t. One of there employees even told me once when i was frustrated and said i hated there company, she said and i quote " Well you like driving the vehicle don't you" what a smart a* remark from a supposed "Customer service" this company is a total crock of sh*t.
