Wfs Financial
Give the car back to them california

Business & Finance

I financed a car thru these jerks, i paid for three years my principal never went down, when they found out i changed jobs (how i do not know) i was harassed with phone calls daily for over a year demanding my new work phone number, i refused to give them this info. I just stopped making payments parked the car in front of my house with the keys inside and waited for them to take it. They took it.

They put it in an auction according to there records i owed $16,000 on the car the book of the car was $9600.00, they put it in an auction and got $1500.00 for it they want me to pay the balance. The repossion law in connecticut states that even though they sold the car at auction for less i must be credited for full market value of the car, not auction sale price. When they set me a bill for over $14,000 i wrote them a letter stating the repo law in connecticut. They immediately sent my bill to a collection agentcy in california called bay area credit. These clowns are just as bad as wfs, im looking forward to going to court with this. Take these guys down!
