Looking for Who to Contact About Fraudulent Fees

Please can someone tell me who I can contact regarding Bank of America fraudulent fees and who they actually have to tell the truth to? I can't take this anymore and I just need to know who it is I can contact other than a Bank of America supervisor or employee who lies, there is someone I can take all of this evidence I have to that will contact them and hopefully step in and say they are wrong and they need to correct this. I have heard of a name mentioned here before but cannot remember who it is,

If anyone knows please respond back to this post and clue me in, before I not only lose more money but I am about to snap because of this s*t and I just know who I can take all this to and hopefully get some kind of a human response from someone who is not a Bank of America employee that is trained to lie to you repeatedly just to milk you out of your money. I would be forever grateful for just the name or link to the website please
