Not crediting payments, tacking on late charges and ruining credit because of their stupidity and money grabbing ways

I have over the years paid my following month payment in the current month. Well I have been fighting with Bank Of America for months now. They keep putting on late charges and/or saying I still owe for a month etc. Now they say if I make two payments in the same month is will go for that month!!! They are liars and money grabbing thieves.
They have ruined my credit saying I am a slow pay and now claim to have "charge offs" on my accounts. They even sent 1099's to that effect to the fed gov which makes me owe enormous taxes. I can file 99 taxes until this is cleared up. The form dont have my ss# or business ID on them (dont know where they got the ones on there) all they have correct is the name of a business we closed several years ago.
This bank is the most dishonest I have ever dealt with. Would love to get a class action suit going against all the abuses they have perpetrated against customers.
