State Corporate Compliance
Scam Using Very Official Looking State Forms

Business & Finance

I got two notices with increasing penalties (just like the state/fed govt). Stating that I had not filed my meeting minutes for my corporation.

After raising my suspicions about my tax mans credibility and waisting my taxmans time we figured out that this was a scam—My bank is waiting for a record similar to a minutes filing, so this compounded my suspicion that my taxman was not doing his job. I even started to question whether my taxman filed my personal taxes!!!

I used to be a printer by trade, so I can normally spot these fake docs a mile away—not the case here, and it caused me a lot of grief-and almost got my taxman of 15 years fired—way to go scamsters!!!
