Bill Modina made many promises about filing my taxes so I could receive my maximum rebate, he even offered to go back 3 years and fix my mistakes and missed deductions. I paid up front over $2000.00 and all I got with my returns filed were "letters of denial" by the IRS. I lost my whole savings account and missed house payments to pay his fee and received a lot of grief. He doesn't answer phone calls or emails, I should get my fee returned to me.
