Compliance Annual Minutes Board Business Processing Division
Compliance Annual Minutes Board "annual fee" of $150. I send them a check — This is a scam

Miscellaneous

The letter is official looking and is confusingly similar to the layout for the Statement of Information that must be filed each year with the State of California. I received a letter from a company called "Compliance Annual Minutes Board" in which they are asked to pay an "annual fee" of $150. The sender's address is P.O. Box 9011 Temecula, CA 92589. I send them a check and they cash it right a way. Now, I find out that it was a scam. Lee Northridge, California
