High interest, penalties, rudeness

Our charge card bill was offered to SST Card Providers more than this past year. I'd one late-payment accidentally and my percent price grew up to 28.99%. I've been struggling with this for around annually. I've attempted twice to obtain a lower percent price and was coldly and flatly declined. This last time 6-9-08 when I asked for help for a lower rate, in order to avoid bankruptcy, I was yelled at and talked to extremely rudely. A guy from the title of 'Jamie' was excessively rude and screamed they don't lower rates of interest for almost any cause. He declined to provide details about his organization and didn't wish to hand out information on some of his superiors. I had been seeking assist in a method and also have never been handled so rudely. They clearly might care less about people.
