Chase Manhattan Credit Card - Excalibur - Harris & Dial, Ross Gelfand Debt Management Double dipping, Collecting double money on account

The Chase Mahattan Credit Card Sold off my account to $ diffrent collection agency. When the Account was paid off 2 years ago the Collection Agency has frozen my checking account to pay again. I called all the collection agency, they all gave me the run-around. I also, called Chase Manhattan Credit Card they gave me a different Account number, And that they could not help me. One of the collecting agemcy said", sorry the people that used to work here probable screwed it up, there is nothing I can do about It".

I contacted the FTC also.
