Unauthorized charges

I have been getting a $19.95 charge on my account for a year. I called the phone number and asked what this was for and the told me when I bought something off T.V. Or the internet I had signed up for this discount on dining and entertainment. They couldn't tell me what I had bought, that they are only a cancellation center. I did not sign up for this service.
