Bank of America DISHONEST! No courtesty! Southern Pines

I have a credit card that the bank said if there is no money in the account, it will not work. When we signed up for the card, they said it will work when there's money in the account and it will block if there isn't. However, last week, the card did not block and it made us think we still have money in the bank. The Bank of America charged 35.00 eleven times! They also took the money automatically from our car insurance company! We have contacted them, stopped by, and emailed them. They showed no courtesy to help. One man replied in email and said for me to go over to the bank and have the account set to pay none. The lady in the bank thought his email was a scam and refused to help! Our local newspaper said BB&T, First Bank, and Wachovia are voted #1! No wonder!
