Harassing Phone Calls all hours of the day and night

My story is one I am sure a lot of you reading this report can relate to. NCO Financial Systems Incorporated is a division of NCO Financial Services. They are basically a debt collection service that uses lies, trickery and threats to get their message across. It all started about one year ago when the wireless company I was doing business with upgraded their network and I had to switch to another provider to be able to obtain cell phone service. I contacted the previous cell phone service and cancelled my account which at the time had a zero balance as I only used my wireless phone for emergencies.
Well life went on as it always seems to do and I was under the impression that I was clear with my previous cell provider and that should have been the end of it. A year went by and suddenly here comes NCO Financial systems Incorporated as they identify theirselves and claim I owe 700.00 on a cell phone service I had never made a call on for over 2 years!
My complaint is this NCO calls me in the mornings starting around 5am and off and on during the course of the day up until 1200 midnight. This goes on every day of the week including Sundays. It has got so bad that I will not pick up the phone unless I know who is calling through caller ID or some similiar measure.
I have sent in writing requests for them not to call me and have talked to one of their representatives who was hardly able to speak English that I could understand and have explained that I do not owe this money and that I want them to cease with the calls and recordings they have totally disregarded my requests and have continued on with their various methods of harassing me
either by phone, or in the mail.
They are the most rude, harassing and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I am currently seeking legal action against them for their methods to collect a debt from you average consumer.
Anyone out there who has this same company harassing them over debt then I hope this report will help you see that you are not alone.
