I recently was billed $39.95 to my bank account using a replacement check. The check content of the alternative check actually had "Bank of America" on top, but when you browse the pay to-order area, you observe Key Cash Card. I've since questioned the cost. Sadly I really could not discover an address to try and record them towards the greater business agency. I'd simply say view your balances frequently and challenge every costs from Key Cash Card.
