I am in the same boat most everyone else is with this company. They are trying to sue me for almost $1200.00. When I went to court, I waited to find out after I missed a half day at work that they had continued it for about two weeks later in June. I have never done business with these people. After doing a lot of research I found that they have done about the same exact thing to people all over the US. They are not registered with the Mississippi BBB and have been reported to the FTC. They say I owe on a credit card that I never had. I am trying to find the information needed to file a class action suit agaisnt them. They have changed the name of their business multiple times. I do not understand why they cannot be caught. Also I checked on banks that may have ties with them and found one that is not approved to do business in the US. The information found looks like it may just be another aka of them. There has got to be something that all of us can do to stop them from destroying the lives of anyone else. Help!!!
