Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud corruption

I was contacted over the telephone regarding a gold mastercard with no annual interest rate, by paying a one time enrollment fee of $221.95. The company tried to lie repeatedly to me that the they are having problems getting the signature card from mastercard and to wait until I hear from them.

This card dosen't exist and they tried put me off until after the 60 day time limit you have to file a stop payment with the bank. I asked for supervisors repeatedly and there is never one in, I got one person on the phone after about a dozen phone call's saying her name was Juanita and she was a supervisor there.

This company is based out of Montreal, Canada and is a complete fraud. You can find nothing out about them on thier website and there is houndreds of consumer complaints filed against them.
