I get a cell call at work explaining a benefits package for a credit card account of my choice. She says the name of the company is freedom resouces, operator 414, emiley taylor, she goes on to explain that included in the benefits package is a one time fee of $221.95 that covers all interist premiums for four years. Delivery of this package will take 15 to 20 working days with further information on loans of all kinds available to emprove your credit line? Without thinking and busy at work i accept her offer and i'm given a tracking number 3706424 and a number for custormer service 1-678-239-0133, its oct. 26. Time moves faster then you think and its 11/8, with what little brain cells left I realize what I done and call back. I informed that in order to cancell my order they must be contacted within 72hrs cancell the reservation. I'm put into a ringer about why the cancellation and told to claim for a refund once the electronic funds are transfed and they have no why of stoppping the process, My bank advices the same process threw them. Transaction occurs and refund call is made, but no responce. Also a website freedom resource.cc. Is given, but no such domain. You hold forever to get thur there voice mail intro as they scan your number and once identified your thrown into internal hell forever. But the war well go on.
