CreditReport.com - MNI CREDITREPORT SERVICES CreditReport.com: Advertised as a Solution, But in Fact Part of the Problem Canoga Park

I noted an unauthorized charge on my bank statement from CreditReport.com and called them at 866-365-8654 to cancel their service and request a refund.

The representative said he could cancel the service, but the company doesn't allow refunds under any circumstances. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, Mr. Chase re-emphasized that I couldn't get a refund and instead tried to re-sell me their service.

Mr. Chase refused to provide the name of a company supervisor or mailing address when I asked him for it, saying I had to go to the internet to get that information. When I asked him if it was company policy for him to refuse to give me this information, he said no, but that I had to go to the website to get it. He seemed to enjoy his unnecessary defiance.

I don't appreciate the callous disregard for consumer well-being displayed by this company or its supervising employee. Although the Creditreport.com company presents itself as a service to protect the consumer, it is in fact part of the problem.

Thank you for providing this avenue and I hope that something can be done to stop companies like CreditReport.com from deceiving and ripping off consumers in the future.
