My payoff is going UP! 3 mos ago it was $1400 LESS than it is today! With both accounts! What can we do?

Our payoff amounts on both our vehicles is MORE than it was 3 months ago! Not just a little bit, either...$1200 and $1400 on my wife's car! We have have accounts with Drive Financial for 18 months and 14 months and it looks like we're supposed to just continue paying them until we die! What can we do about it? Nobody will listen. I am ready to let them have them both back and just deal with it. I can get replacements vehicles so that's not a problem. Anyone have a similar experience? Nobody will listen or return our emails or calls, either. It just makes us sick. I will gladly join any lawsuit against them.
