Rip off and credit nightmare

I have been fighting with Saxon Mortgage now for a year for them to straighten out my credit and apply my payments where they need to go. I sent in payments for payments and they take out so many fees and then report to the credit bureau that im late by two months. They have ridden by my house and for some reason my house insurance went up and I did not authorize it. Then they force place insurance on your loan and you have insurance you send them the policy and they claim they still havent gotten it.

Then the rude customer service reps calls your house harrasses you and then laughs at you! You get one person saying one thing and then another person refutting what this person has already said. They cannot even get on one accord. Then they tell you, your payments behind and you tell them its been taken out of your account. Then I mailed a payment in and they mailed it back and had signed my name to the back of the check and the check was made out to them not me? How can they do this?
