Signed up for a trial period which cost 9.95 and thena week later another charge of 34.95 appeared. The whole time i could not use the service because it would not let me log on. I sent a complaint to there customer service and got a computer generated response promising me they solve the problem. After i did not receive a resolution i sent another complaint and wanted to cancell the trial membership. Again a computer response with no resolution.

My experience mirrors what many other people are saying—I downloaded the free trial of Registry Patrol which scanned my computer and found "numerous Registry problems" but, ot course, would not fix
