My wife and I had a tax problem. We travelled over 300 miles to meet with them. We paid JK Harris over a thousand dollars and NOTHING happened. Period, end of discussion. They kept asking for updated info but did not do anything. If you look in the phone book, you will NOT find these people's number or address. We were able to get part of our fee back after a year of constant writing back and forth and finally getting the Arizona State Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud people involved. We used the refund to help pay the tax debt. The IRS was MORE UNDERSTANDING than these idiots. Do not waste your money on these incompetent people. Every time we see their commercial on TV, we get angry. What lies they spout!
