Credit One Bank
These folks made an unauhorized debit from my account!

I called Credit One on a Monday to simply notify them that I'd be making a payment on Friday (a couple of days late). They asked me if I wanted to setup up the payment for automatic debit for Friday using the account info they already had on file. I clearly said "no" and promised to call Friday to pay from another account (with a totally different bank). Friday rolls around and I call to make the payment and was told that they couldn't accept a new payment because there as already an amount pending! I couldn't believe it! It turns out that they went ahead and debited the payment using the account on file. Well I wasn't prepared to pay from this particular account and accrued NSF fees to top it all off! That was a month and a half ago. I want the NSF fees reversed ($70.00) However Credit One won't cooperate with my bank. Since then I've spoken with seven people and they lie repeatedly saying that they are going to get to he bottom of this. I'm always calling them yet they have yet to call me. Also... About five months ago I sent a payment (check) via mail 2/12 weeks before the due date and they "claimed" to have never received the check of course... Miraculously they got it a couple days after the due date smacking my account with a nice little late fee. I wouldn't be surprised if they held it for the lat fees. This is why I stopped sending a payment via mail... But paying by phone doesn't seem to work either. I wish I could get a lawyer as well...
