Gonzalez & Associates - They just want your credit card numbe

I was looking for a new mortgage and was contacted by Amerisave through Bankrate.com. They called me and gave me a rate of 5.5% while most others were around 5.75% or higher. My great credit was the reason they said.

I was able to get a letter for pre-approval without any issues. They asked for my credit card for the application fees and I said I would get back to them. They called me back a few tines and I asked for a good faith closing cost estimate before giving them my credit card.

I have not heard back from them since.

Company is a total sham.

Ask questions if anybody calls and do not give them your credit card.
