Fraudulent Web Site - Agent Refuses to stop

AmeriSave is practicing enticement, bait-and-switch, and fraud on their Internet website http://www.amerisave.com. Beware of the step-by-step form - AmeriSave requests your credit card information 3 times before your application is completely processed and processes a transaction against your credit card each time you provide it. The first request is for the cost of the credit report, $35; the second request is the prepayment of an appraisal in the amount of $325 and the third request is for $500 to lock down the mortgage rate - that is right - a fee to lock down the mortgage rate. I exited the menus and did not select the appraisal or the lock down mortgage but my credit card had already been charged for the credit report and I received email immediately from an agent sceduling an appraisal for tomorrow at my residence at 10:00 in the morning.
