I just got a letter from Afni, Inc., for a CINGULAR account I never had. They claim the original amount due was $172.69. They added $25.90 for a collection fee.

I'm contacting the three credit agencies about this.
I"m contacting the state attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission about this
I'm contacting the BBB.

This is beyond belief.
