False claims about debt owned to Verizon

I received a letter from AFNI claiming I owed Verizon money from a phone number that never belonged to me. I do not know how or where they get their information. I have sent them letters disputing the claim. Yet no resolvement. And, when I have caled the people are belligerent. Recently, they reported the phoney debt to all 3 credit agencies. I will be fowarding a letter to the Attorney General's office and Federal Trade Commission. I feel you you are reading this you should do the same.
