AFNI of Bloomington, tried to collect money on accounts I have never had

AFNI, tired to collect money twice from me that I never owed. The first time was in they said I owed more than $1,000 to Cingular cell phones, who I have never had an account with. The second is now in 2007. They are claiming I owe over $600 to Verizon. Both times the phone numbers they have listed are NY phone numbers. I have not lived in NY in over 8 years nor have I had an NY phone number in over 8 years.in I wrote a letter disputing the validity of their claim & I never heard anything again until now. I will be looking into contacting the attorney general in NC to see what can be done to stop this company.
